Current sample prep around cell isolation has been routinely manual, multi-step processes that impact throughput. This is a bottleneck to generating biologically accurate insights from big data. We describe a high-throughput approach based on Levitation Technology to circumvent this limitation, enabling larger studies to be done by biopharma researchers that deliver insights more efficiently than ever before. 

Sample prep upstream of analytical methods such as NGS has not kept up with the need for generating big data for feeding Al models to generate insights. High-throughput Levitation Technology can address this, allowing wet-lab and informatics to sync up in workflow efficiencies to enable faster discoveries. 

In this webinar, we will look at the challenge of bottlenecks in cell processing, addressing sample-to-sample variation, and why it is imperative to have a consistent approach to cell-based sample prep upstream of analytical techniques. 

We will also cover how the use of an innovative, label-free technology (Levitation Technology) can be applied to high-throughput sample processing to deliver better results. Benefits include consistent outputs, retaining relevant cells of interest, and parallel workflows to enable new levels of efficiency. 

All of this is grounded in real-world data from use of Levitation Technology in context of PBMC and dissociated tumour isolation from complex samples.
