The Quanterix SP-X imaging and analysis platform offers high-sensitivity protein biomarker analysis with simplicity, flexibility and efficiency. To allow SP-X users to develop planar array immunoassays for any analyte of their choice, Quanterix has developed the Simoa Planar Array Homebrew Kit. In this application note we demonstrate utility of the Simoa Planar Array Homebrew kit to screen and test a range of antibodies and to enable rapid development of high performance planar immunoassays.
