Application note: Cell Lysate Sample Handling with Simoa Bead-Based Assays

Cell lysates can be prepared using a variety of methods including physical disruption, reagent-based lysis, or a combination.

This document describes a novel Quanterix lysate diluent for running lysate samples with Simoa assays diluent. Most standard ELISA compatible buffers are also compatible with the Simoa system. When working with cell lysates, the following are recommendations around the lysis buffer.
